Sam earned his architect license in the state of Michigan and joined the American Institute of Architects (AIA) in 1987 after completing his Bachelor of Science in Architecture (1978) and Bachelor of Architecture degree (1982) at Lawrence Tech University.  Sam has provided architectural design services and construction documents for single family, multi-family, and commercial renovations over the years. He has also been a home inspector for 15 years with Macomb-Oakland Regional Center.
